Architecture
Our architectural approach is built on functionality, innovation, and user experience. We craft intuitive, efficient, and future-ready spaces that support well-being and operational excellence. Whether designing hospitals, research institutions, or educational environments, we create places that work seamlessly today and adapt to tomorrow.
Interiors
Our interior design team balances aesthetics with performance, ensuring that each space is welcoming, supportive and highly functional. By integrating human-centred design, material innovation and thoughtful spatial planning, we create interiors that enhance comfort, improve workflows and reflect each client’s unique vision.
Master Planning
A successful master plan goes beyond shaping buildings—it creates a framework for growth, functionality and long-term sustainability. Our master planning services establish cohesive, adaptable and highly integrated environments, balancing architecture, interior design and landscape planning to improve accessibility, efficiency and usability.
Each master plan is tailored to its local context, ensuring that developments respond to their natural surroundings, cultural heritage and broader urban fabric. By designing with people, place and planet in mind, we create vibrant, future-ready precincts that evolve alongside the needs of their communities.
Clinical Health Planning
Our clinical health planning team works alongside healthcare professionals, patients and stakeholders to design spaces that support healing, safety and seamless workflows. From acute hospitals to mental health and specialist treatment centres, we integrate the latest clinical best practices, technological advancements, and evidence-based design to create exceptional healthcare environments.

With four studios across Australia, we collaborate with clients, stakeholders and end-users to create facilities that enhance daily experiences, improve service delivery, and foster lasting community connections. By encouraging thoughtful contributions at every stage, we create spaces that are not only well-designed but also deeply informed and purpose-driven
Mentorship
Mentorship at Studio STH is an ongoing, collaborative process built on knowledge sharing and professional growth. We foster an environment where experience is passed forward, ideas are exchanged, and learning is continuous. By supporting one another, we create a culture where emerging talent is nurtured, expertise is developed, and every team member has the opportunity to grow and contribute meaningfully.
