The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced, registered Architect to join our Adelaide studio. This is an opportunity to become an integral part of a small, supportive and collaborative team, while enjoying the benefits of being part of an established national architectural practice. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues on a range of architectural projects, taking responsibility for design development, documentation and coordination.

About You

We're looking for someone who:
  • Is a registered Architect with at least 6 years of professional experience
  • Has strong design sensibilities, with the ability to develop and resolve architectural solutions
  • Is highly proficient in Revit and architectural documentation
  • Has sound technical knowledge and experience coordinating with consultants
  • Understands how to balance design quality, functionality and practical project requirements
  • Communicates clearly and works effectively with colleagues, consultants and clients
  • Is proactive, adaptable and comfortable taking responsibility for their work
  • Enjoys being part of a close-knit team and contributing to a positive, collaborative studio environment

Experience in healthcare architecture is highly regarded, but not essential. We welcome applications from architects working in other sectors who can demonstrate how their experience and skills would translate to our projects.

We are always looking for talented, passionate individuals to join our team. While no positions are currently available, we welcome expressions of interest from those who share our vision for thoughtful, people-first design. You can send us your resume to careers@studiosth.com.au and we’ll consider you for any future vacancies. Please also include a short cover letter telling us about yourself, your relevant experience and why you would like to work with us.

At Studio STH we really value the spontaneous collaboration, support and exchange of ideas that happens when we are together in-person. Although we continue to support a balance of home and in-studio working, we are not able to consider applicants seeking 100% remote work.

We prefer to engage with candidates directly but we do occasionally use agencies for some of our recruitment needs. If you are from an agency and would like to work with us, feel free to send an introductory email to the address above. However we ask that you don’t send us unsolicited resumes.
