The Opportunity
We're looking for a Governance & Studio Coordinator to join our Sydney studio.

The Governance & Studio Coordinator provides high-level coordination and administrative support to the Board and National Management Group (NMG) while also supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Sydney studio.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and relationship-focused and who is comfortable working with senior stakeholders, while also being happy to roll up their sleeves and support the practical needs of a busy studio.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide day-to-day governance and administrative support to the Board and National Marketing Group
  • Coordinate the Board meeting calendar, including scheduling meetings, circulating invitations and coordinating availability across Board members and key stakeholders.
  • Support the COO with preparation for Board meetings, reporting and other governance activities.
  • Maintain a clear record of Board resolutions, decisions and actions.
  • Manage project quality, compliance and risk.
  • Support stakeholder engagement, workshops and presentations.
  • Attend Board and relevant committee meetings and prepare accurate, clear and appropriately detailed minutes.
  • Support office events, team activities and other studio initiatives.
